Sometimes It’s the Best Way to Go
Enjoying Bluegrass Festivals with an RV
We attend a few major Bluegrass Festivals each year. If you've ever been to one, you know that the best way to fully immerse yourself in the experience is to camp overnight in an RV. These festivals truly come alive at night, long after the professional shows have ended, as everyone returns to the campsite. There, you can enjoy some of the most incredible jam sessions, often lasting until dawn. Musicians move from one jam to another, sometimes even collaborating with the professional performers. Having an RV is incredibly convenient since your bed is always nearby when you need a rest.
However, since we don't own an RV and can't justify the cost for just occasional use, we opt to rent one for our trips. Renting an RV is quite common, and most dealers offer this service.
In North Carolina, where we typically attend a festival each year, RV rentals are plentiful. By calling ahead and reserving an RV, we ensure it’s ready and waiting upon our arrival. We don't drive far in it?"just to the nearby festival site?"making for a delightful vacation.
Over the years, we’ve also rented RVs in Texas, Georgia, and Central Florida. Each rental agency has provided us with top-notch RVs and exceptional service. We’ve been consistently pleased with our experiences.
When we retire, we may decide to purchase an RV, and by having rented different units, we'll know exactly what features we want. This experience also helps us identify the best dealers for our future purchase decision. Renting has given us valuable insights, making it the smartest choice for us right now.
Sometimes, it’s simply the best way to go.
