The Passing of Liu Zhirong
A Tragic Loss
Liu Zhirong, a dedicated 42-year-old teacher at Tuanjie Elementary School in Xifeng District, Qingyang City, China, devoted his life to teaching and practicing Falun Gong?"a meditation that embodies truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. Sadly, his life was cut short by those who did not share his principles.
For over six years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has aggressively sought to eliminate Falun Gong. Liu Zhirong tragically became one of its targets. Reports indicate that he was tortured to death around January 14th, 2006, in Tianshui City No. 3 Prison, Gansu Province.
Incarceration for Meditation
