Let me share a personal story: I once described my ideal partner, focusing solely on appearance, and soon met someone who fit the bill?"except his personality was intolerable because I hadn’t specified that aspect.
Another valuable lesson came during a collaboration with my prosperity partners. Everyone had opinions on things like the project’s color scheme. It made me realize how the universe?"or a higher power?"works. If you want something specific, you must clearly communicate it. Just saying "I don't like the red balloons" doesn't help unless you specify what you do want.
Waiting for clarity can take time?"days, weeks, even months?"but remember, neither people nor the universe can read your mind. You receive what you describe, so if it's general, that's what you'll get.
Forgetting Our Dreams
We also tend to forget our dreams. Over time, the desires we once held fade from memory. Without specificity, when our desires finally manifest, we often don't recognize them. For example, someone might wish for a red car but not specify that it should be reliable. They get the car, but it's constantly breaking down, leading them to exclaim, "This isn't what I wanted!"
Knowing What You Want
Have you clearly defined your goals? Did you write them down, or were you too focused on what you didn’t want? Simply saying, "I want more money" is vague. When the universe grants you a single penny, technically it's more money, but perhaps not what you envisioned.
The same goes for your job. Did you think about the type of coworkers or boss you wanted? Often, we don’t because we doubt our control over such outcomes.
The Problem with Changing Your Mind
Another issue is that we frequently change our minds. How often have you reevaluated your desires in the past year? Constant adjustments make our original dreams almost unrecognizable when they finally materialize.
