Your mission is to guide them in heeding my call. If they do, the world will transform."
Images of global suffering?"famine, homelessness, poverty, crime?"flashed before me, and the voice continued, "The solutions to the world's problems are within my children if they obey. Your task is to lead them to obedience." From that moment, my fear vanished. I found profound clarity in my calling: to be a catalyst guiding others towards divine obedience.
A year later, while preparing a lesson on fear for my Teen Sunday School class at First AME Church in Seattle, I sought deeper understanding. The scripture used "fear" in various contexts, so I asked for divine insight. The revelation came quickly: "Fear is the lack of surrender or submission to God." This definition fit perfectly with biblical teachings, and I've been sharing it ever since. It is the cornerstone of my teachings:

You might have been taught that fear is an adversary you can battle with affirmations and positive self-talk. While such tactics offer temporary relief, they don’t truly eliminate fear. Instead, recognize fear as a spiritual indicator, highlighting areas where you doubt God’s provision. Choose faith over fear, for they cannot coexist. Once you trust God with what you once feared, fear loses its grip, finding no place in your heart.
Eliminating fear paves the way for aligning your will with God’s will for your life and endeavors. Embrace this path to fully realize your divine purpose and potential.
