Meeting God face-to-face seemed impossible?"a scene reserved for movies and books, not real life. Logic told me this was absurd, yet a part of me was willing to entertain the possibility that there was more beneath the surface. My curiosity took the reins, and I resolved to play along to see where this journey might lead.
God spoke, His voice resonating with a rich vitality. "John," He said, "Even now, you still don’t truly believe I am who they claim, do you?"
"Well, some things are hard to believe," I responded.
"I understand. Make yourself comfortable; we’ll be here for a bit. Excuse me, I’ll be right back," He said before leaving the room.
At that moment, the words from Alice in Wonderland came to mind: "I'm mad. You're mad. We're all mad here." Perhaps I was merely dreaming.
