The Purpose of Suffering
In today’s rapidly changing world, we're often reminded through various spiritual teachings that suffering is unnecessary, or perhaps a result of flawed beliefs, a lack of self-love, or even an unconscious desire to suffer. While there’s some truth to these ideas, the spiritual reality of human suffering is far more complex than it appears on the surface.
At the deepest level of divine truth, all is one, and there is no separation. However, in our human experience, we often feel isolated?"separated from God, love, and truth. Yet, this reality is transforming. A powerful influx of spiritual light is currently increasing our awareness, challenging us to realign with love, truth, and our true selves.
Existence in a physical body inherently involves suffering. Our bodies are designed to survive, responding with signals that indicate needs like air, water, and food. This daily struggle often leads to discomfort, pushing us to fulfill our necessities.
Beyond the physical, emotional and mental suffering is also part of our journey. Our soul enters this world to learn specific lessons, and the discontent we feel can drive us to seek these deeper truths.
Moreover, the current process of global purification is opening old wounds. Imagine having an untreated burn that never healed properly. Now, with access to healing, the wound can be properly addressed, but it must first be reopened and cleansed?"a painful yet necessary part of true healing. This mirrors the collective healing happening today, where past pains resurface before they can be healed.
The encouraging news is that the present increase in spiritual light offers unprecedented opportunities for healing relationships, breaking old patterns, and solving emotional issues. Embracing trust and acceptance during these times can significantly aid the process.
Instead of criticizing ourselves for not transcending pain or feeling inadequate, we should release these judgments. Embrace the discomfort, allowing yourself to flow with it rather than resisting. Although suffering is unpleasant, relaxing into it can lessen the pain.
Approach healing with humility and sincerity, praying for relief. Accept and work through the suffering, while also seeking practical solutions for your well-being. Remember, suffering is temporary and known by God. It serves as a step towards wholeness and unity with divine love. By accepting both the challenges and joys of spiritual life, you can find inner peace and strengthen your faith.
