Trust that you’ve been watched over and protected. Every human on Earth has a unique protective system. Even when it feels like your world is falling apart, you are always safe.
Conversations and Reflections
While chatting for nearly an hour, my curiosity grew. “Gideon, tell me about G&M Enterprises. Are you still with them? And how is Marla?” I asked, eager for answers.
“All in good time, John,” he said. “One phase of your life is ending, and another is beginning. We need to work much more closely now, which is why I’m here today. I’ll have to leave soon but will stay in touch. Just read the book I gave you. Reluctant to see him go, I asked, “When will we meet again?” There was so much to discuss, like understanding why Mardai passed away so young.
“Sooner than you think, John,” he said. “You’ll come to understand more about your wife’s death and your future work, which is already unfolding.”
Gideon shook my hand and headed towards the door. As he drove away, he waved once more. The encounter felt dreamlike, yet oddly natural, as if such visits from Gideon were part of life. Hearing the children waking up for breakfast, I wondered what they’d say if they met him. I was about to find out in an extraordinary way within the hour.
