How We Create Our Personal Reality

How We Create Our Personal Reality
Introduction
To truly love purely and consistently, we must grasp how our personal reality is shaped. A significant barrier to achieving this level of love is the confusion over who is responsible for our experiences and emotions. This muddle stems from two misconceptions:
1. Believing others create our reality. This belief leads to feelings of pain, bitterness, anger, and hatred when our desires and needs are unmet.
2. Believing we are responsible for the realities of others. This results in guilt, shame, fear, and self-rejection when others don’t align with the realities we envision for them.
These misconceptions often lead to co-dependent relationships rife with disappointment and conflict. Genuine love requires us to take full responsibility for our own reality while allowing others to do the same.
Understanding Our Role in Reality Creation
Love thrives on mutual care and support. However, we cannot create the reality of others, and they cannot shape ours. Blaming others for the reality we construct?"and blaming ourselves for theirs?"diminishes love.
The Universal Laws
To love fully, we must ascend to a higher perception, recognizing the universal laws governing the universe. While scientists understand these laws in the physical realm, few comprehend them in terms of consciousness, mind, spirit, and fate.
All religions acknowledge that spiritual laws guide the universe with hidden wisdom and justice, enhancing soul evolution. These teachings suggest that each soul crafts its own subjective reality, and no one else can be responsible for it.
Factors Shaping Our Personal Reality
We shape our reality through interpretations and projections.
Interpretation
Our subjective reality forms through the way we interpret actions, situations, and events. Often, we don’t perceive what’s truly there but what we have been conditioned to see. Our beliefs filter perceptions, reinforcing existing ideas while disregarding others.
For instance, if we believe others will reject us, we might misinterpret their actions as rejection?"even without evidence. Everyone has experienced being misunderstood in this way.
Projection
We project fears and motives onto people and situations that aren’t present. This can lead to unnecessary fear and bitterness, creating unhappiness.
Our beliefs often conflict, forming a confusing reality. Let’s explore different belief categories:
Emotionally Charged Impressions
These aren’t beliefs but impressions etched by traumatic experiences. They trigger emotions like fear without conscious reasoning. Such impressions lack rational basis, arising from intense, unrepresentative experiences.
Mistaken Childhood Conclusions
These beliefs reflect misconceptions formed in childhood, where we see ourselves as weak or unlovable. We incorrectly blame ourselves for situations like parental anger or absence. These early beliefs remain in the subconscious, sheltered from evolving logic.
Conscious Beliefs
Evolving Conscious Belief System
Conscious beliefs adapt and evolve as they process new data, striving for a truthful understanding of reality. However, not everyone evolves consciously; some remain fixed in outdated beliefs.
This system understands we are inherently safe and worthy, recognizing that fears are often baseless. Despite this, fears persist due to earlier belief categories occupying the subconscious.
Spiritual Intuitive Faith
These beliefs are grounded in faith rather than evidence, arising from inner revelations or spiritual teachings. While strong in conviction, faith-based beliefs may weaken when faced with subconscious fears.
Navigating Conflicting Beliefs
We often harbor multiple conflicting beliefs, creating mixed emotions and reactions. For instance, we can simultaneously experience love, peace, hurt, and anger.
Understanding these dynamics helps us better navigate our personal reality, opening pathways to a more genuine and steadfast love.
