This mindset shift reduces stress and opens up more possibilities. Curiously, in a story from O Magazine, a woman paused at a green light to save her choking baby, showing we rarely know others’ situations.

1. Identify Your Curiosity: Think about what or who intrigues you?"a place, a book, an idea. Whether it’s a small spark or a strong interest, acknowledge it.
2. Take Action: Pursue your curiosity with a small, manageable step that energizes you. If you’re inspired to make a bold move, go for it!
3. Reflect on the Experience: After acting on your curiosity, note any changes in your energy or interest. Do you feel more curious? More enthused to continue down that path?
4. Repeat as Needed: Sometimes your curiosity may wane after exploration. That’s okay. Move on to the next intriguing spark.
