The Competitor
My brother thrives on competition. Whether in sports or sales, comparing his progress to others energizes him. This drive to "win" keeps him motivated. His success speaks for itself: from a contract employee in a modest apartment to a high-level sales executive with a lucrative salary.
The Minimalist
Minimalists focus on short-term, achievable goals. They break tasks into smaller projects, celebrating small victories to maintain motivation. In some ways, this describes me, but I find myself more aligned with the next category.
The Exhibitionist
I'm undoubtedly an Exhibitionist. I struggle with goals that don't have visible results, like cleaning?"where results quickly vanish in a busy household. I break large tasks into manageable chunks, making progress I can see. I love to check off items on a to-do list and revel in the visible proofs of my efforts: a tidy kitchen, organized papers, or completed manuscript pages.
