Article Body
Our soul’s nature is to grow, heal, and love. When we are born, we arrive as open and unconditioned beings, unencumbered by expectations from ourselves or others. The world stretches before us, full of limitless possibilities.
As we grow, life imposes conditions meant to guide and protect us. Often, however, we become caught in a cycle of automatic responses that distance us from our original purity. How, then, can we reconnect with our natural state of being? How can we reclaim our soul and find spiritual well-being? Here are a few ways:
1. Engage in Creative Activities
Creativity awakens our heart, mind, and imagination, drawing us inward and helping us tap into our insights. When we allow these inner dynamics to flourish, we embrace the sacredness of life. Through creativity, we realize that life flows through us and not merely from us. By connecting with these inner qualities, we align with our natural, healing state.
2. Spend Time with Children
Children naturally draw us away from the stresses of adulthood, reminding us of the joy found in play. They are endlessly motivated by fun and exploration. In contrast, adults often dismiss play as a waste of time, risking the loss of joy and creativity in their lives.
We all have an untiring inner child, eager to embrace life. When our imagination and heart lead us, we reconnect with our soul. In this state, worldly pressures fade, and living whole and healed becomes possible.
3. Rediscover the Child Within
When you look into a child's eyes, feel their heart and compare it to your own. Reflect on the distance between your current self and your childhood. While you can't physically return to being a child, you can revisit that perspective internally. Recall your childhood memories, both good and bad, and view them with innocence and love.
By doing this, you move away from dualistic views of right and wrong, good and bad, and enter a state of unity. This unity transcends diversity and embodies unconditional love, guiding us through life and ultimately returning us home.
This inner force is our soul, the essence of life and the guide to our true selves.
