These are best done early to avoid the crowds. We then explored classics such as Pirates of the Caribbean, the Haunted Mansion, and Splash Mountain. As the day waned and the little ones tired, Fantasyland became the perfect place to enjoy Dumbo, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, Peter Pan’s Flight, and the Mad Tea Party. This proven strategy, combined with the convenience of the Fast-Pass, ensured we had a fantastic day.
Memorable Rides
My daughter’s excitement reached its peak on two rides: Space Mountain, now revamped as Rockin' Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Caribbean. The thrilling addition of rock music synced to our high-speed journey through space made the experience unforgettable for her. Pirates of the Caribbean, now featuring Captain Jack Sparrow, adds a fun element without losing its original charm. On the other hand, Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters turned out to be my personal favorite. Competing in a laser shootout through a vibrant display of aliens and villains was exhilarating, and I proudly outscored my daughter, though she is only five.

Disneyland excels in creating a family-friendly environment, efficiently managing the crowds and maintaining impeccable cleanliness. The presence of beloved Disney characters offers unique photo opportunities, adding to the park’s enchanting atmosphere. This magical day with my daughter was something we’ll cherish, as we aim to start our own tradition of visiting Disneyland Park annually.
