In life, we truly receive what we ask for.
You might think this isn't true. You ask for freedom and happiness, yet you feel trapped and unhappy.
Let's explore how creation works, and how our subconscious mind plays a role?"because they're intertwined.
Everything begins as a thought. A thought is energy, and energy seeks manifestation. When thoughts align in one direction, they will eventually manifest in the real world. This is the essence of creation. We use this creative process constantly, often without realizing it.
When we're not conscious of our thoughts, we might inadvertently create a negative life. Negative thoughts lead to negative outcomes. However, by cultivating positive thoughts, we can achieve positive results.
How does this work? Consider your subconscious mind as similar to soil. It doesn't judge what you plant. The earth doesn’t say, “I have enough carrots?"I'll grow potatoes instead!” It doesn’t dislike red flowers and decide to turn them blue. The earth is patient, silent, and gives us exactly what we plant. We know this. We don't plant yellow flowers and expect them to bloom red, nor do we plant roses and expect onions to grow.
Yet, in life, we often act differently. We sow negative thoughts (onions) and expect positive outcomes (roses). We deceive ourselves and blame others when things go wrong, perhaps pointing fingers at parents or partners. We lament our lack of luck, envious of a neighbor's roses, and wonder why our garden yields only onions.
If 85% of your thoughts are negative, 85% of your reality will reflect that. Your thoughts seep into your subconscious, which acts like soil?"just like a computer. If you tell a computer, “I am stupid, I am overweight, I am unloved,” it will print exactly that. You don’t blame the printer, because you recognize the input dictates the output.
The same principle applies to our subconscious minds. If you're unhappy with the output, change the input. You receive exactly what you think about all day. Don’t blame your life, just as you wouldn’t blame the onions or your computer. Instead, learn how your mind works and foster positive results.
Begin by thinking thoughts you wish to see manifest in reality. Visualize what you want to be true. Be patient, knowing that, like the earth returning what you plant, your positive thoughts will eventually blossom. Wait and watch your life transform.
