I've introduced an exercise to my Hundred-Fold-Life Team, as well as family and friends. Many of you might already be familiar with it, and if so, it's a great time to revisit and update it.
Introducing the Intention Board
The Intention Board is a simple yet powerful tool to visualize your desires and goals. It's a fun and empowering exercise that can be done with coworkers, family, or friends. Here’s how to set it up:
Get Started:
1. Create a Party Atmosphere: Invite people to join and bring a selection of magazines, such as car, home decor, travel, and sports publications. You'll also need scissors, glue sticks, and poster board (22" x 28").
2. Understand the Purpose: This is a personal exercise meant for you, though couples can also participate together. It's vital to respect individual goals and support each other without judgment.
Building Your Board:
1. Be Honest with Yourself: Reflect on what you truly want from life. Start cutting out pictures that represent your aspirations?"whether it's a dream car, home, career goal, or leisure pursuit.
2. Capture Your Goals: From luxurious cars like Mercedes Benz and BMWs to dream homes, new gadgets, or hobbies like golf, choose images that resonate with your ambitions. Also, consider long-term goals like education for your children.
Sharing and Displaying:
1. Share with the Group: After completing your board, share it with others. Remember to be supportive, as everyone’s dreams are unique and personal.
2. Keep it Visible: Place your Intention Board somewhere you'll see it daily. It will serve as a constant reminder of your objectives and motivations.
Keep It Updated:
Revisit and update your board annually to reflect new goals or changes in priorities. This ensures it remains a relevant and inspiring guide.
Take Action:
