Crafting a realistic schedule is one of the biggest challenges when you start working for yourself. Initially, I’d plan my tasks for the next day, and completing even half was an achievement. It took weeks to adjust and find balance.
Once you understand how long tasks like approving site designs or responding to emails take, create a timetable and stick to it. Eliminate distractions by turning off the radio and closing your office door. Remember, it’s okay if a day ends with some tasks unfinished.
