Now, some parents feel threatened by their children's behavior.
The Evolution of Responsibility
Teen drinking in those days was unimaginable, while drugs were strictly medical. The only “dealer” we recognized held cards for a game. Today, as children navigate more complex social landscapes, parental guidance is crucial. Teaching respect and self-reliance prepares them for the real world.
Laughter, once the hallmark of childhood, seems quieter now. Reembracing the spirit of the past might just bring back that joy.
