While I hope I'm remembered for my name, I’d rather be known as someone who overcame challenges, thanks to the support of friends. When I was diagnosed with MS, it felt like a waiting game ?" just trying to stay comfortable. My symptoms varied from weakness in my legs to double vision.
Discovering Joy and Health
Eager to explore the world, I was sponsored to visit Kyoto, Japan. This journey brought a new perspective on life and health. I fell in love with Tokyo?"and even more so, with my wife. Through her and the culture of Japan, I embraced a healthy diet without sacrificing flavor. I didn’t see MS as a permanent barrier. Through therapy, both professional and personal, I found ways to manage my symptoms.
A Natural Path to Progress
I'm making progress against MS without relying on drugs, drawing inspiration from a natural, harmonious lifestyle. Diet and acupuncture have been key, allowing me to regain mobility and work towards walking and running freely. While I’m not yet sprinting to the market, every step is a victory.

To share my journey and insights, I’ve created the Japan Health and MS Vlog. Through videos, I'm eager to communicate what I’ve learned and welcome your thoughts via comments and video submissions.
