- Snap-on bail

Tools Required

1. Round-nose pliers
2. Cutting pliers
3. Flat-nose pliers
4. Needle-nose pliers

Instructions

1. Insert the headpin through the bead.
2. Use flat-nose pliers to bend the headpin at a right angle.
3. With round-nose pliers, form a loop with the headpin.
4. Secure the loop by wrapping the wire around its base. Hold the loop with flat-nose pliers and use needle-nose pliers to wrap.
5. Trim the excess wire to 1/16 inch with cutting pliers.
6. Tuck the trimmed wire end neatly around the wrap.
7. Attach the snap-on bail to the loop.
8. Ensure the pendant hangs straight, making adjustments if needed.
