My Experience
As a computer technician in a large organization managing around 5,000 end-users, our responsibilities can be overwhelming, especially during network outages or server failures. Fortunately, hardware issues are the least of our concerns. Most of our computers are Dell machines, particularly the Optiplex GX620 models. When a hardware problem arises, we simply log on to Dell's website, submit a request, and receive the replacement part the very next day?"all without needing to speak with customer service.

In a corporate environment that demands near 100% uptime, Dell's efficient service is invaluable. The less time technicians spend tracking hardware shipments, the more time we can devote to our primary tasks. Admittedly, I'm a bit biased because of the excellent service we receive from Dell. For technicians, having quick access to hardware replacements is unbeatable.
Contrast with IBM (Lenovo)
Occasionally, we deal with IBM (Lenovo), and I can't say I'm as impressed with their service. When parts need replacing, they insist on dispatching a technician, which can be frustrating since our team is equally or even more qualified to handle the replacement.
