Previously known as the Nintendo Revolution, Nintendo's latest gaming console is now officially named the Wii, pronounced "we." As of April 27th, this seventh-generation console succeeds the Nintendo GameCube and stands out with its innovative Wii Remote, also known as the Wii-mote. WiiConnect24 will also enable the downloading of demos for the Nintendo DS and facilitate wireless connectivity between the Wii and the DS.
