What is SoulCollage?
SoulCollage, created by Seena Frost, is a transformative tool combining self-discovery with the art of collage. Participants craft their own decks of collaged cards, drawn from magazine images that speak to the subconscious. This deck represents personality parts, influential figures, animal allies, and archetypes that guide our life's purpose. Each card unlocks inner surprises, enhancing personal growth and self-awareness.
From Passion to Blissness
The moment I created my first SoulCollage card, I envisioned a blissness centered around it, yet I had no clear plan. Driven by passion, I dove in, eager to share SoulCollage's wonders with others. The essence of blissness lies in aligning work with your heart and intuition, fostering a fulfilling life that resonates deeply with your soul.
Bringing Blissness to Life
I started by developing my own SoulCollage deck, growing more enthusiastic about sharing this journey. I organized local workshops in eastern Massachusetts and began teaching. It soon became clear I needed a website, so I researched and found SiteSell’s Site Build It (SBI), which facilitated the creation and marketing of KaleidoSoul.com. Building the site was an exciting crash course in web design and online marketing.
Following Intuition
Every step of this journey was guided by intuition. By staying open and aware, I was led to new opportunities: creating a monthly ezine called Soul Songs, connecting with other websites, fostering a community on Yahoo Groups, writing e-courses, and planning the first annual SoulCollage Weekend Retreat and Kindred Spirits Tele-Class.
Embracing Every Aspect
Certainly, not all aspects of blissness are thrilling. Tasks like photocopying flyers or writing press releases can be mundane. However, remembering that these tasks support my blissness keeps me aligned with my heart and soul, transforming the mundane into steps toward creative fulfillment.
