Celebration is vital yet often overlooked. As a coach, I emphasize the importance of recognizing not only your achievements but also your efforts. Celebrating your progress maintains a positive and enjoyable outlook on your career. By taking time to acknowledge your accomplishments, you diminish the power of your internal critic and enhance your well-being. Helping others learn to celebrate themselves is one of the joys of my work.
