Divide your larger goals into small, consistent daily actions to maintain focus. Large goals can be overwhelming, but manageable steps pave the way to achieving them.6. Understand Your Compensation Plan
Know the basics of what pays you. Different plans suit different personalities. Discover your strengths and choose a plan that complements them.7. Focus on Income-Generating Activities
