What kind of person finds pleasure in such behavior? Do they consider the customer's reaction or the impact on others they may interact with? This behavior could easily lead to legal issues down the line.

Road rage is already rampant in our society?"will "telephone tantrums" be next? Could this become a psychiatric diagnosis and a legally justifiable action? I wouldn’t be surprised!

Credit card companies are some of the worst offenders. If you pay your bills on time and in full, they might penalize you with an annual fee for using their card. Seriously?

I’m amazed and stunned by how terrible customer service has become. "Customer" and "service" no longer go together; it's all about maximizing profit. Don’t companies care about their reputation anymore? The only power customers have left is to take their business elsewhere; without customers, there’s no bottom line, profit, or need for CEOs?"no company at all.
