1. Radiohead

The mystery only builds excitement, as it's been four years since their last album. I've heard live recordings of tracks that might appear on the album, and they sound promising. Given Thom Yorke's impressive solo work on The Eraser in 2006, my expectations are high. I'm hoping for an album that's both ambitious and progressive.
2. Air ?" Pocket Symphony (March 6th)
I'm a huge fan of Air, with a penchant for their more unconventional work like 10,000 Hz Legend. Even though I've heard mixed reviews about Pocket Symphony, I remain eager to listen. Often, I find that my tastes align with their more adventurous choices.
3. Wilco ?" Sky Blue Sky (May 15th)
With albums like Yankee Hotel Foxtrot and A Ghost Is Born, Wilco has set a high bar. I'm excited to see them continue their adventurous musical journey, as their past work has been anything but ordinary.
4. Akron/Family
Akron/Family’s debut album was a revelation for me, though I didn’t connect as deeply with Meek Warrior. However, they remain a band that’s unafraid to explore new territory, making their upcoming release something to watch out for this spring.
5. The Smashing Pumpkins
While I wasn't a fan of Machina or Corgan's other projects like Zwan, the 90s work of The Smashing Pumpkins still resonates. I'm cautiously optimistic about their new material this spring, hoping for a return to form.
