Purchase decoupage glue from a craft store?"it's usually found near the glue section. It permanently affixes images to surfaces, leaving a glossy finish. Ensure the glass is clean before starting.1. Tear the yellow tissue paper into small pieces, about 1 inch each.
2. Apply a thin layer of decoupage to the back of a tissue piece using the paintbrush.
3. Position it on the glass, then brush more decoupage over it.
4. Overlap tissue pieces until the entire holder is covered, including the bottom. Let it dry upside down.
5. Once dry, apply a final decoupage coat over the whole holder and wipe any excess with a damp paper towel.
