2. Challenging: Your speed goal should push you to grow. If you can play at 120bpm, aim for 144bpm. Once you reach that, set a new goal for 160bpm.
3. Realistic: Avoid setting impossible goals. If you can play at 120bpm, don't jump to 240bpm. Choose a target you can achieve in a month or two.
